ORDERING POLICY
1.
Verbal and email orders will be followed up with an email order
confirmation or a faxed order confirmation that must be signed
and returned.
2.
We will notify you of any orders that have been incorrectly
calculated, which must then be re-submitted with proper payment.
3.
We do not accept verbal cancellations. All cancellations must
be made in writing. Orders that have been cut or embroidered
cannot be canceled. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
4.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Check, Certified
Check or Money Order.
5.
When checks clear (approximately two weeks), order will be
processed.
6.
There will be a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.
7.
All funds must be in U.S. dollars.
8.
Call to discuss volume discounts.
9.
No credit terms.
10.
No C.O.D. Orders.
11.
We do not ship to U.S. Post Office boxes. We typically ship UPS
Ground. Express Delivery is available for an
additional charge (see chart on price list). All orders to
Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air.
12.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customer is responsible for all
additional duties, taxes and other applicable fees for
all orders shipped outside of the USA.
13.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
14.
We will notify you of any delay beyond our normal allowance for
delivery.
15.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
16. MAKE SURE OF YOUR SIZE!!!
Only unworn, unlaundered, and
undamaged BSM100 or BSW100 white twill jackets with no options,
and non-custom items are returnable.
Any item with the following: fabric other than white twill,
style other than men's or women's chef coat (jacket) #100,
custom, ball buttons, pocket, piping, embroidery, long or short
lengths, combination sizes (i.e.: 10top/12 bottom), or tapered,
is NOT RETURNABLE.
17.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
18.
Before returning merchandise: Call or e-mail us to receive a
Return Authorization Number (RAN#).
Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an
authorization number.
19.
Include a copy of the invoice with the merchandise retuned;
Write the RAN# on the outside of the package,
insure for proper amount, and send to us at the address listed
on the invoice. Ship by FEDEX, UPS, or DHL, signature
required. DO NOT SEND VIA U.S. MAIL. Shipping and
handling fees are not refundable.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
