You may order a garment the way it appears, or you may combine the different options (fabric, buttons, pocket, collar, cuffs, sleeves and piping) to create you own design.
Select a size. Use the size
chart to determine the size you would like to order. If a man
wears a 48, or a 42L sport coat, this is the jacket size
to order.
Ladies, please have someone take your measurements and
refer to the size chart to
determine the size you would like to order. If you do not have a
tape measure, use a piece of string and then measure that against a
ruler or a yard stick. Do not use the size label in your clothes as a
reference. Many apparel manufactures "vanity size" (the practice of
shifting the size labels so that sizes once labeled a 12 can be called
a 10, which allows a woman to purchase a smaller size than she
normally purchases).
Select a fabric and
color. All of our garments can be made in any of the
fabrics we offer. BSM or BSW chef jackets are not made in Supima®,
therefore they do not get the Crooked Brook® label. Prices for chef
jackets without any additions (pockets, piping, embroidery) or
pattern alterations (combination sizes or tapering) are as follows:

Select a button. All
buttons except special buttons and real Mother-of-Pearl are
included in the price of the chef coat. Ball buttons are an
additional $12.00 on a BSM 100% cotton twill chef jacket.
Select a pocket and placement (left or right chest, left or right
shoulder sleeve, left or right front hip). Pockets are an
additional cost.
Patch pocket $5.00 ea Tailored welt pocket $10.00 ea. Double welt pocket $15.00 Curved double welt pocket $15.00
Select a collar (square or round, regular or kissing).
Select a sleeve length (short sleeve, 3/4, or full length).
Select a piping
color (56 to choose from) and placement. Piping is an
additional cost.

Monogram $5.00 One line $10.00 Two lines $13.00 Three lines $16.00 Digitizing is the art of using a computer to convert art work into a language that the embroidery machine can read so that it can stitch out the design. There is a one time set up fee to do this, and the cost will depend on the complexity of the logo. Not all logos are embroidery friendly and sometimes adjustments must be made (with approval of course) or not done at all. There is also an additional cost per design stitch out.
