Custom Patches, Embroidered Patches, Custom Embroidered Patches

Crooked Brook is not a decorated apparel nor a patch company; it is a label used by the atelier division of our art studio.

Our shop is a full-service apparel design, pattern making, sample making, and small lot production atelier. In addition, we offer custom embroidered patches and wholesale embroidered patches.
Our custom patches are made in house and there is no minimum. You can choose from our standard sizes and shapes, or create a custom patch made specifically to meet your needs.

There are a couple things you need to determine when you look to order patches. There is the percent of embroidery coverage and the size of the patch.

The way you determine your patch size is to add the length plus the width and divide the sum by two.

For example, a patch that is 4" wide by 2" tall....

add the length plus the width,

            4 + 2 = 6
and divide the sum by two:
            6 ÷ 2 = 3
Meaning a 4" x 2" patch is considered a 3" patch

The percent of embroidery coverage is an approximate measurement of how much twill fabric will show through and how much will be covered by your embroidered design.
