embroidered "B" logo on left cuff.
The 'Navalie', their most popular chef jacket is described as follows:
100% twill cotton, double breasted, hand-rolled, crush-resistant buttons,
European tailored style, underarm air vents, double stitched patch pocket, and a
double pen pocket on sleeve.
Henri Bragard founded the company in 1933 and in 1971, his son Gilles created
the Grand Chef. Currently, Benjamin L. Bragard is the President & C.E.O. at
