Culinary Institute of America chef jackets (chef coats) are available only to Alumni of The Institute. Upon receipt of orders, Crooked Brook will confirm with The Culinary Institute of America, Office of Alumni Affairs, that the recipient is a bona fide graduate and his or her class year.
